Elles doivent le repenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Car l\u2019heure n\u2019est plus aux ajustements. L\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me marketing \u2013 agences, annonceurs, medias \u2013 est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une double r\u00e9volution : technologique et culturelle. Le digital, la data, l\u2019IA n\u2019ont pas seulement boulevers\u00e9 les outils. Ils imposent un changement de paradigme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sortir de la pure expertise et des silos pour penser int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le vieux monde des agences structur\u00e9es en silos \u2013 cr\u00e9a ici, m\u00e9dia l\u00e0-bas \u2013 touche \u00e0 sa fin. Ce qui \u00e9merge, c\u2019est un mod\u00e8le fluide, d\u00e9cloisonn\u00e9, centr\u00e9 autour d\u2019un triptyque : Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, Technologie, Donn\u00e9es, anim\u00e9 par une vision strat\u00e9gique claire et connect\u00e9e au business. Fini les guerres de territoire entre m\u00e9tiers. L\u2019heure est \u00e0 la convergence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9concilier marketing et business<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Longtemps, le marketing s\u2019est isol\u00e9 des autres fonctions de l\u2019entreprise. R\u00e9duit \u00e0 ses propres KPIs, parfois \u00e9loign\u00e9 des enjeux concrets de l\u2019entreprise. Ce temps-l\u00e0 est r\u00e9volu. Le marketing doit aujourd\u2019hui se reconnecter \u00e0 la finalit\u00e9 qui lui donne tout son sens : cr\u00e9er de la valeur business. Mais il doit aussi inspirer le business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le marketing doit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encourager les entreprises \u00e0 s\u2019ancrer dans le long terme : c\u2019est le sujet de la marque, de sa force, de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 guider et diff\u00e9rencier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aider les consommateurs \u00e0 repenser leurs choix : c\u2019est le sujet de la RSE, de l\u2019influence positive que les marques peuvent exercer sur les comportements, vers une consommation plus responsable. D\u00e9carboner le m\u00e9dia, oui. R\u00e9orienter la consommation, surtout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone des campagnes est n\u00e9cessaire. Mais c\u2019est une r\u00e9ponse tactique \u00e0 un enjeu strat\u00e9gique. Le v\u00e9ritable levier du marketing, c\u2019est son pouvoir d\u2019influence. Il peut, s\u2019il se fixe une ambition \u00e0 la hauteur de son potentiel, faire bouger les lignes. Pas seulement celles du bilan carbone, mais aussi celles de nos d\u00e9sirs, de nos usages, de nos modes de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019IA : outil ou tremblement de terre ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019intelligence artificielle n\u2019est pas un gadget. C\u2019est un levier transformationnel absolu, qui rebat toutes les cartes : celles des comp\u00e9tences, des mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques, des relations entre agences et annonceurs. Elle ne s\u2019ins\u00e9rera pas dans le business as usual. Elle appelle \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux mod\u00e8les, plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9s,,plus agiles, plus obs\u00e9d\u00e9s par le r\u00e9sultat \u2013 pour le profit, les personnes, et la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penser l\u2019apr\u00e8s : un imp\u00e9ratif strat\u00e9gique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les agences qui survivront \u2013 et prosp\u00e9reront \u2013 sont celles qui auront le courage de se r\u00e9inventer profond\u00e9ment.
