L\u2019expertise IA explose : le marketing devient un m\u00e9tier technologique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre 2022 et 2024, la demande pour les expertises li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans les \u00e9quipes marketing a connu une croissance spectaculaire. Ce n\u2019est plus un sujet IT : c\u2019est un sujet <em>m\u00e9tier<\/em>. Les \u00e9quipes marketing prennent la main sur des technologies qui \u00e9taient jusqu\u2019ici r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux data scientists ou aux DSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela entra\u00eene deux bouleversements majeurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moins de d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis de la DSI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019exigence de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence pour les marketeurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019IA qui s\u2019invite dans le marketing, c\u2019est le marketing qui s\u2019hybride avec l\u2019IA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Le contenu prend (encore) de la valeur : structurer avant de produire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autre signal fort : l\u2019expertise \u201ccontent\u201d bondit elle aussi. Pourquoi\u202f? Parce que l\u2019IA permet de produire plus\u2026 mais pas mieux. Il faut des experts pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structurer les productions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9ditorialiser les messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir la coh\u00e9rence entre contenu, marque et business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le combo gagnant n\u2019est pas \u201cIA ou humains\u201d, mais \u201cIA + humains bien form\u00e9s\u201d. La mont\u00e9e en puissance du contenu illustre une tendance de fond : l\u2019<em>hybridation<\/em> des m\u00e9tiers marketing. Le S de RSE (Social) devient un enjeu cl\u00e9 : quel futur pour les emplois dans un monde o\u00f9 l\u2019IA automatise massivement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. La lead generation en forte croissance : retour \u00e0 la performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique sous pression, les profils capables de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des leads \u2014 et de prouver leur impact sur les revenus \u2014 sont de plus en plus valoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les directions marketing ne peuvent plus se permettre d\u2019\u00eatre \u201ccentres de co\u00fbt\u201d. Elles doivent d\u00e9montrer leur contribution directe \u00e0 la top line. R\u00e9sultat : les comp\u00e9tences en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leads, nurturing et conversion sont en forte tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 <em>L\u2019\u00e8re du marketing full-funnel pilot\u00e9 par la data est bel et bien l\u00e0.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Et la marque dans tout \u00e7a ? Une absence qui interroge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fait surprenant : la marque ne figure pas parmi les expertises les plus recherch\u00e9es selon Google. Un oubli \u00e9tonnant dans un monde ultra concurrentiel o\u00f9 la diff\u00e9renciation devient vitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette absence pose une question strat\u00e9gique : avons-nous sous-estim\u00e9 la marque au profit du court terme\u202f? La brand equity reste pourtant un facteur cl\u00e9 de performance durable, en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re des plateformes dominantes comme Amazon ou Google, qui peuvent \u201cd\u00e9marquer\u201d les produits interchangeables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Les profils g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes reculent : la fragmentation menace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00f4les g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes \u2014 chefs de projet, managers d\u2019\u00e9quipe \u2014 sont en baisse. Est-ce une tendance passag\u00e8re ou le sympt\u00f4me d\u2019un probl\u00e8me plus profond\u202f?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce recul pourrait signaler une fragmentation accrue des expertises marketing. Or, dans un environnement aussi mouvant, la coh\u00e9rence et l\u2019int\u00e9gration sont des imp\u00e9ratifs. Sans coordination, pas de vision. Sans vision, pas de pilotage. Et sans pilotage, pas de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remettre des pilotes dans l\u2019avion<\/strong> n\u2019est pas un luxe. C\u2019est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi c\u2019est structurant pour les d\u00e9cideurs ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces \u00e9volutions ne sont pas anecdotiques : elles imposent aux directions marketing de repenser leur mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation.
